Introducing FastGas, a premium-quality, large-volume disposable steel cylinder packed with 670g of N2O (Nitrous Oxide), classified as Food Additive E942.

Crafted to cater to the needs of large-scale users, the 670g cylinder surpasses the utility of 84 commercial cream chargers. Made of 100% recyclable high-grade steel, this non-refillable cylinder ensures optimum safety and quality.

Containing pure food-grade N2O (E942), Nitrous Oxide boasts bacteriostatic properties, preventing bacterial growth and extending the freshness of charged Cream Whippers for up to two weeks when refrigerated.

Ideal for restaurants, bars, cafes, commercial kitchens, and home enthusiasts, these 670g Nitrous Oxide cylinders enable convenient refilling of Cream Whippers for endless culinary creations. Each 670g cylinder yields approximately 64 drink servings, saving valuable time compared to handling individual chargers.

To use, simply connect the appropriate filling hose between the regulator and Whipper. Within moments, the Whipper is charged and ready for dispensing, facilitating the preparation of a myriad of drinks and dishes, including whipped cream, desserts, Espumas, and N2O-infused cocktails.

For safe and effortless connectivity, a set comprising a pressure regulator, hose, and adapter is available separately. Prior to use, carefully review the instructions provided for both the regulator and Whipper.

Ensure responsible disposal of the empty cylinder only. A plastic release valve for residual gas accompanies each cylinder. Exercise caution when using the valve, as escaping gas may be extremely cold. Always direct the valve away from any body parts.

The cylinders are not refillable and are not intended for medical purposes. Pressure tested at 180 bar, handle the cylinder with care, avoiding exposure to heat or freezing temperatures, and keeping it out of reach of children. Dispose of the empty cylinder in steel waste or with other ferrous metals.

The set of regulator and adapter is designed specifically for use with Cream Whippers utilising the cylinder’s large-volume in the HoReCa industry.

Order of the operation:
– Turn the knob to the Minus (-) position to make sure the valve is closed to prevent the gage from getting damaged.

– Attach the Intel connector/regulator to the N2O tank, by carefully screwing it onto the top-thread of tank (screw on straight and avoid cross threading)!

– Connect the hose to the regulator tightly. Please do not use excessive force.

– Connect the other end of the hose (adapter) to the Cream Whipper and fasten the thread tightly.

– Slightly rotate the adjusting knob in the direction of plus (+) for the required pressure thereby slowly releasing the gas into the Cream Whipper.

– Close the valve by turning to (-) position when reaching the standard pressure value.

Each tank includes a nozzle which should be used to ensure the tank is completely empty before placing into your local recycling.

– Possession of Nitrous Oxide is illegal if you intend to wrongfully inhale it; or intend to supply it to another person for its wrongful inhalation.

– Supplying Nitrous Oxide is illegal if you know, or are reckless as to whether, it is likely to be wrongfully inhaled.

Safety Information:

N2O cylinders are filled with liquified gas under high pressure.

For your safety, always ensure you use in accordance with the manufactures instructions, using the appropriate equipment, such as the professional dispensers/whippers available for purchase from our store.

Puncturing the cylinders can cause freezing gas to escape so you may want to protect your hands and face.

Cylinders will get extremely cold when punctured.

Always double check that the cream charger is empty of gas before removing it from your device.

If burnt by freezing gas, seek medical advice immediately. High pressure gas burns may cause deep tissue damage which will likely not be immediately apparent at the time of the exposure.
