A cream charger is a small, pressurized canister that contains nitrous oxide gas. The gas is released into a whipping cream dispenser, where it pressurizes the cream, making it thick and whipped. Cream Chargers can also be used to create amazing culinary foams and rapidly infuse liquids such as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, vinegars and oils.
Connect the cream charger to the whipper, screwing it in tightly. Pour cream into the whipper, up to the level indicated. Screw on the lid and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. Point the nozzle of the whipper towards the dish you are going to fill and press the trigger.

Firstly, we recommend you make sure canisters are 100% empty. You should check the tip of the cream charger to make sure it is fully pierced.
Running the empty charger under water to make sure all gas is removed is also recommended.
After these steps have been taken you can recycle the steel canister via your local recycling point.
