A cream charger is a small, pressurized canister that contains nitrous oxide gas. The gas is released into a whipping cream dispenser, where it pressurizes the cream, making it thick and whipped. Connect the cream charger to the whipper, screwing it in tightly. Pour cream into the whipper, up to the level indicated. Screw on the lid and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. Point the nozzle of the whipper towards the dish you are going to fill and press the trigger.
