Method

  • Place 500ml water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Cook the boba pearls in the boiling water according to manufacturer’s instructions until translucent and cooked through.
  • Strain the boba pearls through a sieve to drain the excess cooking liquor away. Discard the cooking liquor.
  • Place the boba pearls in a bowl of cold water until ready to use.
  • Strain and discard the excess water from the boba pearls and mix in the Three Kings Pantry Salted Caramel Sauce.
  • Place the teabags in a jug and add the boiling water, steep for 4 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bags.
  • Divide the cooked boba pearls and sauce mixture between two tall glasses.
  • Pour the milk into a protein shaker with ice and Three Kings Pantry ‘Zero’ Salted Caramel Syrup. Shake to mix well and froth the milk.
  • Pour the milk and ice over the boba pearls (sharing evenly between the two glasses) then pour half the tea in one glass and the remaining in the other.
