This is delicious, dairy-free coconut milk whipped cream, that will be ready in minutes!
- 1 x 14 ounce (400ml) can full fat, unsweetened coconut milk.
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, gently melted.
- 1 ½ teaspoon of high-quality vanilla extract.
- ¼ cup of pure maple syrup.
- Whisk together well. Chill well, and then carefully pour into your whipped cream dispenser.
- This mixture can be chilled well, and then gently whipped for a soft, creamy “mousse” as well, if you don’t have a whipped cream dispenser.
