Low Calorie Sugar Snap & Paneer, Maple Stir Fry

Method

• Chop the garlic, grate the ginger and place in a bowl with the soy sauce.
• Chop the paneer into 2cm cubes and place into the bowl with the soy sauce, garlic and ginger and stir. Leave to marinade in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
• Wash and top the sugar snap peas and set aside.
• Place the sesame seed in a frying pan and cook over a medium heat until light golden brown. Add the sesame oil and then the sugar snap peas. Cook for a few minutes.
• Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the peas onto a plate, set aside.
• Return the pan to the heat and add the paneer and the soy sauce, garlic and ginger marinade.
• Cook for a few minutes, then add the sugar snap peas. Cook until the paneer is golden brown on all sides.
• Place the stir- fry onto serving plates and drizzle over plenty of Three Kings Maple Flavour Sauce to taste.
• Pour 40ml Three Kings Maple Flavour Sauce into a small serving bowl to use as a dipping sauce.

  Alternative Ingredients
• For a vegan alternative, use 225g of tofu in place of the paneer. Using tofu instead of paneer is also a lower fat and lower calorie alternative.
